Nanocellulose is a type of cellulose crystal that has at least one dimension at the nanoscale (1-100nm) and can be dispersed in water to form a stable suspension. Due to different preparation methods, nanocellulose with different properties may be obtained. Nanocellulose not only possesses the basic structure and properties of natural cellulose, such as sustainable regeneration and biodegradability, but also has some characteristics of nanoparticles, such as high chemical reactivity, high polymerization degree, high crystallinity, high purity, and high transparency, making it widely used. But there are also shortcomings: ① The numerous hydroxyl groups on the surface of nanocellulose determine that it cannot dissolve well in weakly polar solvents and polymer media; ② Nanocellulose has a large specific surface area, high thermodynamic potential energy, and is prone to aggregation between crystals. Therefore, it is necessary to modify nanocellulose to further broaden its application fields.The emulsifier disperser adopts a German Bergmann double end mechanical seal, which can operate continuously for 24 hours while ensuring cooling water. However, it is difficult for ordinary emulsifiers to operate continuously for a long time, and ordinary emulsifiers cannot withstand high-speed operation. A method for preparing nanocellulose, comprising:

(1) Add cellulose raw material to the molten solution of acid anhydride compounds, raise the temperature above the melting point, perform pretreatment reaction, filter after the reaction is complete, and obtain the pretreated cellulose raw material;

(2) Disperse the pre treated cellulose raw material into water to obtain a dispersion solution;

(3) Mechanically crush the dispersion to obtain a nanocellulose dispersion.

Cellulose is formed by the step-by-step bonding of elementary unit fibers through their own * bonds, lignin, etc. The elementary unit fibers are composed of dozens of cellulose molecules aggregated to form a small fiber filament with a diameter of about 5nm, a length of micrometer level, and alternating crystalline and amorphous regions. The present invention mixes cellulose raw materials with anhydride in a molten state, and the anhydride enters between the elementary unit fibers, grafts onto the surface of the elementary unit fibers, weakens the bonding between the elementary unit fibers, and then mechanically peels off the elementary unit fibers with mechanical force to obtain nanocellulose fibers. Anhydrides can enter between the elementary unit fibers without damaging the amorphous region inside the elementary unit fibers like concentrated acid solutions, and without reducing the grafting rate of cellulose like dilute acid solutions, which cannot obtain nanocellulose.
